Not sure what the issue is.

About 3 months ago, I had protected sex with girl, but unprotected oral sex. Before I met up with her, I removed a small cur from my penis. I didn't think much of it, so I allowed her to give me oral sex. after we few minutes, we put the condom and went to work.

The few days i noticed a tingling sensation in my penis. i raw a red sore and figured it was from the open wound trying to heal. I had masterbated really hard multple times and felt a instense pain below. I never had a cluster a cluster of blisters, so I don't think its HSV. I only had one blister and semi-second one on the other side of the penis nowhere close.

I never had a fever, or flu-like symptoms. I have a jock itch for years on my inner thigh, so I was used to seeing broken skin

Over the last 3 months, I tried to treat myself, I have applied creams, and anti fungal topicals.

The sore shrunk and went a way. it seemed like I was in the clear and was relived.

A few days, I started having scrotum/testicle inflammation. and inflammation/aches running through my whole body. i still get the tingling sensation in my penis but I don't know what the problem is. I have psoriasis and I have digestive inflammation normally

Sense I noticed the problem, I have applied more creams and anti-fungal onitment. Things have helped, but I cant figure out what it is
