Hi I've noticed these small white spots appearing on the head of my penis and my foreskin and some bigger ones appearing under the head of my penis. The head of my penis is very sore when touched and the rim of the head of the penis is a very dark purple. Also, my penis slightly smells. I have not had sex so I was wondering if this was some hygiene as I did not know you had to clean under the foreskin until like a yr ago.

    when you say you have not had sex do you mean recently or ever? any oral sex? if you have not had ANY type of sexual contact its not an std. it looks like typically VP to me but if you have had sex, get tested

      I mean that I have never had sex. I was just wondering what VP is because I couldn't find anything on it.
