Not sure what this is

a month ago i noticed a big bump on my perineum after my period ended, i automatically thought it was a hemorrhoid since at one point i was sitting on the toilet for hours scrolling through twitter (a bad habit of mine). i started to apply some hemorrhoid cream and the bump started to go down but it turned into two little bumps and i can move one of the bumps around kinda like rolling a tiny ball under your finger. its been sitting there for a while now, ive tried adding heat compresses, tripple antibiotics and dabbed a little whitch hazel on it and even did a sitz bath and it feels like its getting small but its still there. it doesnt hurt, itch or burn its just there, i tried comparing it to other bumps you'd get down there but it doesn't match anything, to me it could be a wart (im praying its not, ive been celibate for a year now) or a perianal skin tag (i thought it would be a skin tag because i noticed i have external hemorrhoids on or in? my anal). i plan on going to the doctor soon but for now i just want an opinion on what it could be. any thoughts? i added some pictures (i just took and one some days or weeks ago). the first photo is may 31st and the second pic is recent the bump is circled in red and hemorrhoid is circled in black in both photos
