Not sure what this is, leaning towards HSV 2

imageOn the 5th of October, I came down with flu-like symptoms. Fatigue, slight fever, headache. A few days later(not sure exactly how long), I noticed a red dot on my penis head. It didn't hurt and I assumed it was a friction burn. A week or so later, another popped up, same place. Again, no pain. Just this past week, 3 more popped up. These bumps are not painful in anyway, just feel like rough/raised skin. No fluid buildup or leaks from what I've noticed. I'm getting a little nervous and I'm not sure what to think. Also, around January I began experiencing some uncomfortable burning sensation while urinating. No other symptoms other than that. Since then, it's remained very slightly apparent, but it's basically negligible now. I've provided a few pictures taken in the past couple days, maybe you can help. image

i dont know that it i but wat u have dosnt look like herpes which makes me think its something else the fact they are not sore or leakin anything and that they are a more solid lump nd not an actual open sore which u would expect if was herpes

Update: it turned out to be Chlamydia. Still doesn't explain the red bumps. Does Chlamydia cause bumps?
