not sure what this is?? scared it could be herpes but maybe overreacting, what do youguys think?

hi my ex potentially exposed me to sti and im in the middle of being tested (first urine collection today) but not yet for hsv1/2 and today i noticed bumps on labia so can anyone potentially tell me what this is 😕 seemed like pimples not blisters, actually squeezed and it acted similar to my other acne as well but im just not sure and want peace of mind until i can eventually get tested

didnt hurt before, was basically unnoticeable, and is only irritating me now because i squeezed lol
