Not sure what to call this, tender spot

so I've been to the gyn twice in the past 2 months first for bv, i also got tested for sti's (sti's all came back negative) 2nd time for burning on labia minora when I sweat and sometimes pee. I noticed these sore looking things, been there for a month now my gyn didn't seem to worry about them thinks it could be an allergic reaction or something I can't remember them ever being there to know if it's normal or not. they have never blistered it hasn't gotten worse but it also hasn't really gotten better. no odor no abnormal discharge.image
