Not sure what to do..

So I've had a sore throat since April when we had to start wearing the masks every day all day long. anyway since then I've been to the doctors to figure out what is going on. I've been seen by a specific who did a scope down my nose an found that I've got LRS which the doc says if it doesn't get better I may have to have surgery to repair my flap deal. ok so fast forward to October an I just had an endoscopy done, which I've had a couple 20 yrs ago, this time around I am experiencing chest pain an im not sure what to make of it. All doctors say go to the ER. I dont have an issue going to the er im nervous as to what they will say when I get there. I dont have any problems swallowing, this pain is constant doesn't radiate anywhere else. it almost feels like the start of bronchitis in away, but I know it's not that. they did do 2 biopsies which results came back negative for cancer. anyone else have this kind of pain an only the pain?
