First where do you live.  I am in NY.  My Dr. Was a female named Dr. Julie Pilitis at Albany Medicat Center.  She is fantastic as is her whole surgical team.

In Fort Worth, it's Dr. Thomas Ellis of the Fort Worth Brain and Spine Institute.  Saved my wife's life from a brain aneurysm in 2010 and has done two laminectomies and two fusions on me (paying for 45+ years of playing hockey) in the past 6 years.  IMHO, there is no one better on the planet.

I remember when the Stock Yards smelled so bad you couldn’t get close.  Great Arts and medical care there.  Lots of very old Texas money locally.  Much nice than Dallas.

Sorry that mine is a tad too far. Professor Raj Sundaraj, in Penrith, New South Wales, Australia. A brilliant man. Good luck

The neurosurgeon who did the laminectomy surgery on L4-L5-S1 was Dr. Sethi in Johnson City, NY, which is a suburb of Binghamton. You can check his credentials at www.healthgrades.com. He also did the spinal cord stimulator trial about a year after the laminectomy, which was unsuccesful. Good luck.

I am on the central east coast of FL in brevard county and I see Dr. Michael Esposito. He is in a pain management group called Florida Pain Inc.  I have been with the group so long I actually got passed on from a retiring doc, Dr. Stanley Golovac, down to Dr. Esposito.  LOL maybe I should leave that out as it points out that I too am old.... but it meant I got this nice, new, young, good looking, very blue eyed doctor.  Oh and he's talented too. They also always say that doctors make the worst patients and I always try really hard to make sure that isn't true in my case, but I am afraid I do wreak havoc with the clinic schedule every time I show up because I ask a lot of questions!
