    Hi James,

So, it sounds like your PF is worse in the mornings.  Mine is too.. it gets a little better as the day goes on.

PF is the worst thing ever.. but just got to hang in there with it. The important thing is to rest your feet when you

can, massage, and even compression socks can help.

Good luck and hope you get some relief soon.

    Take care,  Aimee

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. Two things have helped me greatly, one is the over the counter  stuff called Turmeric, and the other is a ball that is about the size of a tennis ball, it is made of plastic and has spikes on it. I place it on the floor and roll my my foot on it.

The mornings are always a little hard for me too. So, you have a ball with spikes on it?  I do too.  Kind of hurts, probably using mine a little on the hard side.. so I am backing off from it a little.

Hope you will get some relief soon and hope I will too.

    Take care,  Aimee
