Hi cissy2020
I always thought that menopause was hot flashes and night sweats. This other stuff is horrible. I don't feel like I am me anymore!! ðŸ˜

I too am on here for the support. I only know women with "common" symptoms. This board has taught me a lot as I do not have my mother around for advice 😃

Hi Julie,
As we near menopause our hormones are depleting. Once periods end the drop in our hormones is pretty noticeable with lots of unwanted symptoms. Lack of libido is one of them along with dryness, sensitivity, UTIs, lack of lubrication and difficulty achieving orgasm. A good doctor that is well versed in hormone replacement could help you. As your estrogen level drops your vaginal area is effected. Thinning of those sensitive tissues can lead to things like atrophy and UTIs . estrogen replacement can build those estrogen starved tissues. Testosterone replacement can fix your libido greatly. If you still have your uterus you will need to take progesterone also. This can all be done again by choosing the right doc that will run regular labs and get your hormones where they need to be Hope this helps.

I feel your pain. I am 51 and have had slight redish/brown discharge too (twice in the last 8 months). I haven't had a full blown period in about 11 months.
I have bad bad body aches now and am not covid or allergies. I hear that low low estrogen's causes the aches. My Gyno has increased my estradiol and I am hoping in a few weeks it changes. It wakes me at night and when at work I am hurting all over. Its horrible!!!!!
