Not yet diagnosed but can anyone relate to these symptoms?

Morning!

I hope some of you might reply and tell me whether it sounds like I could have raynauds. For the past 2 years I've had the following symptoms

Lightheaded and woozy (I cannot shake this symptom)

Occasional heart racing

Veins on my hands and arms becoming very obvious almost more blue, I could draw them for you on my hands, sometimes the veins on my wrist can also look very narrow like a pen line

I have general pain like jaw and arm but very sporadiv

Numb burning thigh

Sometimes tingly hands

Perhaps most alarming of all lately I'm getting breathless for no reason, I'm not panting but I don't feel like I can breath enough, like I might stop

Did any of you have similar symtoms and more specifically are lightheaded Ness and breathlessness a symptom?

Thanks

No that doesn’t sound like Raynauds. How old are you? Male or Female?

When do you get breathless - exercising or at rest?

When does your heart race - exercising or at rest? Does is make you faint?

Any Chest Pain or Chest Tightness?

    Any Wheeze?

    Any leg Swelling?

Any Recent foreign travel, surgery or periods of immobilitiy? Are you taking the OCP?

Do you ever have problems with anxiety?

      Thanks for replying

      I'm female

Notice breathlessness and heart racing happens mostly at rest but I've never fainted

      Occasional chest stabbing

      No weeze or leg swell

      No travel or surgery

Apparently I'm very anxious and I know I must be because I feel ill

It doesn’t sound like Raynauds to me either but I think you should get medical advice.

Sounds like anxiety. Anxiety can be caused by vitamin deficiencies. I will tell you that vitamin deficiency can cause a lot of these symptoms also. B12 and iron specifically. If you have your iron checked, have the dr. check your ferritin. Hope this helps.
