Notice a small penile spot a few months ago

thought it was a fungus of some sort overtime it’s grew to bout the size of a button it doesn’t spread it itches at times gotten STD shots and blood work no chlamydia no syphilis or gonorrhea not sure of what it could be tried fungus creams even thought it was a wing worm when stretched and exposed to air dries out and seems like its healing but just doesn’t go away not sure if it’s some type of herpes can someone tell me what this could beimageimage
