Noticed a bump on my anus

Hey guys,

So as of pretty recently I went to Planned Parenthood because I noticed some bumps on and around my penis which they believe to be genital warts. I had them treated then which was less than a week ago, however I’m unsure of how long I’ve had these. Anyways, so when I got home I decided to examine other areas just to see if they were at any other parts. I looked at my anus the best I could, and I must admit that I’ve had anal sex recently and have had it a few times in the past as well. So when expecting my anus I noticed a little bump and a few similar but much smaller bumps maybe like 3 more. There is some slightly abnormal(at least to me) skin around the main bump I noticed in which I will attach the pictures below. I’m going to be getting it checked as soon as I can but I currently don’t have health insurance or a job so affording a visit isn’t the easiest. So I figured I could atleast ask someone who might have some knowledge on my situation. I’ve done a ton of reading and tried to find ever possible but of info I could but words from someone else would be nice to. I did recently cut my anus as well from excissive wiping and probably tore it a little worse during anal sex. As far as symptoms go, which have only happened as of like the past week or two, sometimes my anus itches, and usually there is a yellow mucus slightly inside my anus. There’s no official discharge or anything like that. I haven’t noticed any bleeding except from the cut(s) but that’s only when I was kinda stretching my anus skin out to look at it. But that’s basically that. I suppose I should mention that I’m a 26 year old white male, Im active, 5’10 and weigh 146ibs. Anyone have any clue as to what this may be if anything?
