Noticed dimples on bridge of my nose, sore around nostrils with white chapping, unpleasant smell

I've had two surgeries (most recent last year) to correct a deviated septum. After having lots of problems I thought they'd gone away,

However, I've noticed my nose looks different, there appear to be dimples on the front, I'm often quite aware of it as it's uncomfortable to breathe, and I've noticed white chapped skin around the nostril. I have noticed unpleasant smells too.

I'm planning to see a doctor but does anyone have any advice? In hindsight I'm not happy with the surgeon at all, I don't believe I was fully informed of the process as he performed a septorhinoplasty - which I did not want - I wanted a septoplasty.

Hope to hear from someone as it's becoming a pain.

Thanks
