Noticed enlarged bladder, what should I do, is there a way to cure it?

I'm 42 yo, prior to these recent events I was in a good shape (doing sport, slim, no smoking)

Earlier this year, I had surgery (hemorrhoidectomy) which ended up in an urinary globe (around 1 liter).

After this urinary globe event I had to wear a urethral catheter for one month.

In my opinion, I have this important "bladder capacity" for a while, but never noticed it was so uncommon.

I read about it and this condition consequence are pretty frighting (i.e. severe kidney damages, ...)

What should I do to not worsen the situation and take care of my bladder.
