Most likely a fungus. Suggest an antifungal cream apply twice a day. Keep it as dry as possible. Before circumcision (late in life) I used Lamasil OTC at any drug store. Women prone to fungal infections and you likely got it that way.

Have you recently been sexually active - that is, immediately before this first began.
Have you tried any form of treatment for this? You would need to be very cautious in applying any cream to this as it may react negatively and further damage the already severely irritated skin ......

I haven't had any sexual activity lately. I have been terribly sick last month and it may have left me weak to whatever this is. it's getting worse overtime so i just booked a appointment.

It was just a regular bacterial infection. The doctor gave me a antibiotic paste and after using it for a while it's already fully healed.

Thanks for the update - make sure you use the paste as directed, if you were told to use it for a certain amount of days or weeks you need to as this will ensure the infection is fully dealt with ......
