Hello, noticed these bumps all over my penis skin and i have no idea what this could be. I think i started noticing them like 5 - 6 months ago but wasnt really bothered untill one day i started taking closer look and then confusion came into my head " maybe they been there all the time, but i just never looked good enough " but now i always see them right away when i take shower and its bothering me... Im 24 year old male, never had unprotected vaginal sex, but i have received oral ( unprotected ) from 2 different females. So maybe someone could have transmited some type of std during oral sex, i really dont know.

umm?? so it could definitely sound stupid but are you sure they're not just ingrown hair follicles?! or just like.. hairs that never came out?

Do you shave there? (like not the area around, the shaft specifically?)

Do you clean and wash up regularly? Ever tried using a loofah? (or just something a bit abrasive and rough-ish?)

lastly maybe try soaking the guy in warm water for sometime and then some form of exfoliation? (idk just use some salt/sugar if you're lazy) alsoo?! ever tried waxing?

(now for all the other commentors that are 100% sure i've gone mad and pursuing the wrong thing entirely! i clearly see some tiny hairs comin out of the said white spots, so i'm not totally off the mark, and i would get something similar when i sometimes shave in a hurry! so!)
