Now it’s an Epididymal Cyst

I began having testicle pain 12/16. Saw 3 urologists who could not diagnose the issue. In 2018 MRI OF pelvis showed inguinal hernia. Was told this could be source of pain. Surgery didn't. 1/2019 diagnosis low T, bilateral varicoceles. Top surgeon at CORNELL performs bilateral varicocelectomy and bilateral denervation of spermatic cord. Didn't work. 6/20. New urologist. Diagnosis is epididymal cyst, right side. Confirmed by exam and ultrasound. He recommended surgery to remove. On subsequent visit, he said live with it. Surgery could damage nerves...more pain. Second opinion at Columbia. You need a spermatic cord block. (see above denervation). I am despondent. Cord block scheduled this week. Not sure if its worth it. Pain is chronic. Inteferes with everything. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Considering removal of testicle and epididymis. I don't understand. In debt for 2019 surgery. Elective procedure. Comments, commiserate, suggestions welcome.
