NSFW - Weird bump on penis

I know I should see the doctor about this, but the next available booking isn't available until a week later. I just want a response in the meantime because I'm worried.

I have had this bump on my penis for roughly a week now, it wasn't purple like this but now its noticeable.

I have another 2 bumps for a month now but it hasn't turned purple, and is barely visible, and it is very noticeable to 'feel' when erect. One of the other bumps is 'long' across the skin like a line.

Any ideas on what it can be?image
