NSR with ST segment depression in the inferior leads with STE in anterior leads most consistent with

I was facing some chest pain . Did Troponin , EKG and X Rays everything says normal.

I saw one note on ECG as : 

NSR with ST segment depression in the inferior leads with STE in anterior leads most consistent with repolarization abnormality.

Is this something to worry about ? I asked my doctor and he said its normal.

I am 30 yr old male . Non smoker .
