Numb and peeling clitoris (pictures included)?

I just noticed that my clitoris has red raw patches that burn and itch. I've been having problems with my clitoris for half a year now and I am just so desperate right now.
Little bit of backstory:
In June I started having a painful yeast infection and uti that took multiple treatments. Sometimes I still feel itchy and it's burning while peeing. I also have to clean under my hood at least twice a day since then because there is so much smegma build up.
3 Months ago my pain due to the infection got better, it was almost gone. I was so happy I masturbated alot for 3 days. The next day my clitoris was numb and has been since then. I can still orgasm but I feel almost nothing anymore. I don't really feel temperature or nonsexual touch down there either. Some days it's better, some days it's worse but never like it was before. Went to a doctor multiple times, he had no clue.
I remembered that I had terrible tailbone and lower back pain 1-2 weeks before the numbness accured and still have this pain sometimes. That made me think the numbness might be a nerve or pelvic floor problem so I started doing some exercises for my back a week ago. I also planned to get my back checked soon.
Well, now I saw the red patches and I'm just scared. The skin down there got a bit lighter as well, which I thought could be bad blood flow or due to the smegma but maybe it's lichen sclerosus? Can lichen cause numbness?
I don't know what to do anymore. I just want to be able to feel sexual pleasure again. I'm 17 and had my first time a month ago but it wasn't very pleasurable(due to the numbness). I used to love masturbating but now my libido is kinda dying and I don't know if the numbness will ever go away. Doctor's couldn't help me completly and my country is in a lockdown atm. It just doesn't end. I want to concentrate on school and stuff but I just can't.
What do you think? Should I go to a gynaecologist again or a dermatologist? Can an infection block nerves or something like that? Can yeast cause these patches? What else should I get checked? I'm just so desperate.
They aren't good quality but here are the pictures:

That sounds complicated. It could be a combination of various things, and it could be a nerve problem. Have you ever had your hormone levels checked? ask your gynaecologist. In the mean time stop masturbating and try some 1% antihistamine cream on your clitoris....you should be able to buy this in a pharmacy. Can you describe the smegma? I wonder if you are removing natural secretions, and cleaning yourself too much which is causing further irritation.

I'm not sure if it's smegma but I think it is. When I pull back my hood I often have a lot of sticky white stuff around my clitoris that I have to rub away with water. If I don't do this regularly it gets harder to pull back my hood because it's so sticky. Maybe it's yeast again? It wasn't like this before I had all these infections.
