Numb chin / jaw / cheek help! Severe health anxiety

So i will start by saying that the last few years (since becoming a parent) unfortunately i have developed dreadful health anxiety like im convinced something bad or illness is going to happen! ive been through heart, brain, stomach ALS investigations you name it - i think ive had it, well 2021 was going to be the year i beat this but unfortunately it started all back up again - a few months ago i started getting constant ear pressure fullness along with my scalp tingling and throat tightness i had this investigated by an ENT with a cam down nostril/throat/ear all clear then i started getting numbness and tingling on my left side of chin, below bottom lip and along jaw line and cheek. I will squeeze and pinch it hard as i can but pain wont happen until a good few seconds and it wont be "painful" will just feel like a small scratch. Well after getting pretty good at resisting the urge to google i finally did with this symptom and now im absolutely terrified as i have came across what is known in medical terms as numb chin syndrome (NCS) all cases ive read patients have died within weeks or months of showing this "rare" symtom and now im absolutely convinced the same will happen to me a few weeks ago i got a full blood count with all normal findings but all that relief has gone out the window as the stories ive read where patients had normal bloods scans etc. Has anybody gone through this who has anxiety and is fine now? I cant even think straight at the moment im so scared i feel drained and tired all the time but dont know if its because of my anxiety or something sinister i will add that my jaw is aching like crazy which i hope is tmj and i have a small moveable lymph node or lump below my ear lobe behind the corner of my jaw please help because drs wont listen

Hi, I also have had the feeling where my chin goes numb and i cant feel pain there sometimes to. I have been to doctors since i have severe health anxiety and right now i am looking for answers in the neurologist. The pain sensation ive noticed when i pinch myself it doesnt hurt as much as if someone else were to pinch me. Are there any ways to search for the diseases or to detect it?
