Numb feeling on left side of head

Hi there, i am 34, male.

I am having constant numbness on left side of my head for 6 months and feeling desperate how to solve this issue.

It started 1 year ago with signs like left side of my head is mentally beeing locked time to time under stress at work causing me not able to think well. I immediately visited neurologist. Physical checks and MRI checks was normal so she said its just stress.

It repeated again 1-2 times more at work, but going to gym and having a good rest was keeping things better and issue was temporary.

6 months ago i felt something like a sudden electrical shutdown on left side of my head and my mental capacity decreased, my emotions also decreased a lot. (happiness, fear, hunger, beeing thirsty) and its now constant. It took my motivation away in life. I feel numbness or in other words i can define this as a brain fog.

And again 6 months ago during sex, i felt a sharp sudden stroke like pain again on the left side of my head. It happened 2 times in my life and never again.

I visited another neurologist. This time brain tomograpy and MRI angio has been requested. And result was nothing. All is good. She insists my issue is physiological.

I don't have any major problems in life, and i am still suffering from numbness feeling on left side of my head. There is no reason i can believe its physiological and i had too many symptoms during 1 year.

Can somebody help me what could be done more? Anyone having similar issue?

    As i got a clue from what i read on internet, i checked with a doctor for my eyes and i had astigmat left eye 0.75 right eye 0.35 i think which was causing imbalance of the head and triggering my anxiety which i was unable to focus on other things and brain is busy all the time with this imbalance. After i put on correct glasses my symptoms magically disappared for now.

    People! having similar issue try to go the best eye doctor which checks your number with the drops. Special eye drops freezes your eye muscles for some hours but this helps to find your real number. Without this drops, other doctors was saying i have myopia but with this drops its prooved that i have 0 myopia but astigmatism.

    This is just magic. Hope this is a permanent fix for my issue. I will update if something changes.

    But please give it a try. Astigmatism causes brain fog and if one side is bigger it causes feeling brain imbalance on 1 side.

    Hello. I’m experiencing similar symtoms except mine is worse. I get shutting pins on my forehand face and also it gets tingly. Irs been going on constantly for 5 months. My eyes feel heavy and so does my face. I’ve also been seeing neurologist and I was told it’s all psychological after a clear mri. I was suggested to meditate so that’s what I’m goinf to be doing as of next week. I know how scary it may feel but I’m sure you’re fine. Best of luck
