Numb feet anyone?

ive had this for 6 days, its worse in my right foot, my anxiety is in overdrive! ive not posted lately as i feel so bad xx

    glad you've mention this as both my feet keep turning blue & go numb when iv stood a while . i feel iv suddenly got feet problems , i have to wear boots with socks as my feet would freeze in an open shoe. don't know what ill be like in the summer time.

    in the evening they go hot & red.

    sorry toria i don't know what it is but try and put your feet up as much as possible

    Good to hear from you Toria , me too my pain is escalating i went to 3 different specialists the menopause one did blood work and according to the no. she confirmed im not in peri menopause but i feel im on it and the Gastro has ordered breath test to check SIBO and abdominal ultrasound , cardiologist ordered a prescription and magnizum pill for my palpitations its tiring going to a doctor and coming back with no answer i have weakness in my leg with allover pain right now feeling hopeless so you are not alone lets wish to feel better soon .

      so sorry to hear your pain is getting worse 😦 one lot of blood tests cant confirm perimenopause good grief, i think all these specialists are just going through the motions tbh as they havent got a clue, maybe if they talked to each other it would help, dont they ever wonder why alot of women our age suddenly come and see them!!! i think alot of my problems are histamine related, because if progesterone is low compared to estrogen it raises histamine, but try seeing a doctor that understands that without paying a fortune. what magnesium are you getting lovely? xx
