among other problems my feet have been getting worse numbness with most recently red bottoms

I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST SEEING A VASCULAR SURGEON/SPECIALIST. YOUR FEET AND ANKLES ARE NOTHING TO PUT OFF. THEY WILL CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR FEET HAVE A PULSE AND IF THERE IS NOTHING COMPROMISING THE BLOOD FLOW TO YOUR FEET. IT COULD ALSO BE A RESULT OF THE AMOUNT OF SODIUM IN YOUR DIET. EITHER WAY, IT COULD BE VERY MINOR BUT WORTH GETTING IT LOOKED INTO BY A SPECIALIST. IF YOU GO TO A PRIMARY CARE DOC, THEY WILL JUST REFER YOU TO SEE A SPECIALIST.
