My Raynaud's has increased significantly within the last few weeks. I have had many increased stressors lately but I'm frantic trying to ease the pain and cold. It begins as soon as I'm exposed or at any time. I just purchased imak gloves at the recommendation of a friend.

Always worked in all types of weather winter is the worst but I also get it around 72 to 74 degrees  I used every type of glove even expensive ones and they never helped my hands were completely numb I found myself using my elbows to do my job I used the finger heat patches they worked slightly but my fingers were still numb then I used the feet hot patches and  what a mistake that was they were too hot and burned my hands and fingers were still numb had for 22 years shortly after  having both hand carpel funnel surgery to loosen up the bundle nerves in  my hands and then that’s when the raynaulds disease began I will definitely try the gloves u mentioned and I pray to god it works and also what I noticed my toes are  now starting the same symptoms and if my nerves are frazzled it happens too and lastly in the beginning it took 15 minutes to revive my fingers and now I’m up to 1 hour to obtain the same results will let u know if gloves work thanks frozzen
