Numb Genitals

Hello,

I have numb genitals, not just sexually, but a complete lack of touch and temperature in both the penis, scrotum and testicles, parts of the foreskin are the only patch of skin capable of feeling any temperature and touch.

I went to the urologist for this and then to the neurologist but they don't know exactly what causes it, they suspect that small non-measurable nerve branches are damaged. I went to the pelvic floor specialist to rule out pelvic floor and pudendal nerve problems and my my testosterone levels are fine, vitamins are fine, I take enough of sleep and I don't have stress in my life.

This has been going on for over a year and a half and it hasn't improved one bit, and I still haven't been able to find a cause either, I can still get erections and ejaculate.

I've been searching the edge of the internet wondering if anyone recognizes this and maybe knows what is the cause and how to fix it, any help is greatly appreciated.

    Any help is appreciated, I need to know what's going on and if there's anything I can do to regain feeling.
