Yup especially when I wake up! Numb arms and hands. They tingle, doctor said it’s anxiety? I hate the feeling of it.

Hi, I know we’ve talked before on here. Trust me, you are not alone. I have been getting weird symptoms over the course of the past year and a half and they are all unusual. One of my symptoms is numbness. For me it tends to happen in my left leg, even though I have been thoroughly checked and nothing has been found. I also get it in my hands, but just the pinky fingers.

I have many other symptoms as well and every time I get a new one I really panic thinking I am the only one. I have been trying to work on letting go of the fear I have surrounding these things and it is taking a long time but it is helping.

Even though it seems unlikely, our minds play a big part in this. Each person dealing with chronic symptoms will have different ones and different ways of coping. Work on your anxiety. It will really help, I promise! :-)
