numb legs and feet

My legs and feet constantly feel something like pins and needles without that pain. They are numb but with a pricking sensation and they are often cold. Does anyone suffer from this?

That sounds like a blood circulation problem. Are you fairly active or a bit of a couch potato? If you are active then I think you should see your doctor for a proper diagnosis. Some simple medication may be all thats needed.

If you are a bit of a couch potato, then the first thing you should do is try to get some exercise or at least some brisk walking every day. If that doesnt help then do see your doctor.

This is a condition that should not be ignored.....it can get worse as you get older, so a doctors opinion is a good idea.

Thanks for replying. I am 84 years old but either walk out daily or do exercises in my home when the weather is very bad. I wondered if it was caused by my BP tablet. I have decided to see a doctor.
