Hiya carly its awful isnt it my skin also tingles slightly aswel and iam very aware that tingling and numbness arereally common anxiety symptoms but that still is not enough to convince me that its nothing serious, have you seen the doctor about your symptoms? If u have what did they say? I always get different symptoms a few weeks aago i had chest tightness nd pain and thoufht i was about to have a heart attack, i always find if i start to worry about some scary life threatening illness i begin toget the symptoms of that illness which then is made worse because of my anxiety And as soon as on problem goes away another worrying symptom appears, its so draining at times, what other anxiety symptoms have you experienced before?

Both of you will have these symptoms because of anxiety. Hang on in there and take some deep breathes. Skin and muscle sensations are awful with anxiety as it makes you worry, but I'm sure it's all anxiety related.

I had this a few days ago on the right side of my face it only lasted a few mins but I panicked straight away an started feeling light headed.i think it's defiantly a sign of anxiety as a few of us of had this kind of thing.if it was anything bad stroke, bleed etc it would happen very quickly and need urgent medical attention it wouldn't just go away after a few minutes.try not worry

This really is all part of anxiety and once a sensation is in your mind it is very difficult to shift it. I really would suggest that you go and see your GP. Alternatively you can go and have a word with your pharmacist and say you are suffering from anxiety and can he suggest anything that might help you.
