Numb Testicles/perianal area

i got an external hemorrhoid about 2 weeks ago probably from straining on the commode. I've had some internal ones for years. Suddenly i noticed I was less sensitive when i wiped my bum after using the toilet. a day later i noticed the left side of my testicle sack is about75% less sensitive to the touch. This numbness would spread to the right side the next morning then eventually the perianal area. Now the upper part of the sack is being affected. The numbing is around the outer anus and most of testicle sack. Currently waiting to get an MRI, but I am trying to put my mind at ease until then. Has anyone had experience with this? Any thoughts or feedback? There are no other symptoms, no back pain or anything
