yes, I have heard that many times. There’s a variety of reasons for it. Sometimes it’s caused by a pinched nerve from the way the arms are used such as a lot of computer usage among other things. sometimes stress and anxiety can cause it, there could also be a vitamin or mineral deficiency or excess. Plus many other reasons . if it continues, just let your doctor know, and I always suggest that everyone gets a complete physical check up at least once a year, including bloodwork. Are you having any other symptoms?

i do too ☹.. it has been causing me to be so uncomfortable. However i am feeling much better today so just try to keep positive and just take little steps because there is no rush! But i would go to the doctors to test your vitamin levels just incase because lack in B12 causes tingling.

Yes, I do. It's pretty annoying to deal with and this only happens to me sometimes when I'm getting ready for bed, as my anxiety worsens at night when trying to sleep.
