numbness and tingling during sleep

So this is my never ending sleep issue... for over 1-1/2 years I have been living Ground Hogs Day. Go to sleep and after 2 or 3 hours I am awakened by numbness and tingling in my forearms, lower legs and lower spine. And not just slightly either, sometimes it feels like I am vibrating. Before finding some medication that helps to prevent this, the numbness/tingling would take hours to go away. At its worse my arms and legs wouldn't feel normal until late evening... just in time to do it all again. This spiraled to a point that I was being awakened ever 2-3 hours and would need to exercise in order to get the numbness/tingling to dissipate enough that I could go back to sleep. When this first started I was able to sleep on 5 or 6 pillows to keep my head as upright as possible, to help prevent this from starting in the night. Now it doesnt matter anymore. I am currently taking Amitriptyline 1 hour before bed. This medicine wears off after six hours and 2 hours later, the fun begins, I wake and start my day. I am always tired throughout the day. I have seen 4 neurologists, 1 sleep neurologist, 2 psychiatrists and countless other specialists. Cleveland Clinic thought it was a breathing issue during sleep but my 2 sleep studies said that wasn't the case. They didnt find anything abnormal at all. Vascular tests, countless xrays and MRIs have all come back normal. Blood work shows only low vitamin d which I have raise with supplements for 6 months now, I have had testing for HIV, Covid(although this started early 2019) and 2 lyme disease tests that all came back clear. I hate my nights and my days do not represent who I am nor who I want to be... a tired zombie. Both psychiatrists say that this is not caused by depression, stress or anxiety. My doctors don't have a clue and they feel the current treatment is helping enough that they are content but I want my life back. It is extremely depressing going from doctor to doctor and finding no solution. I cant even find a doctor who has come a crossed this before. Has anyone ever heard of this before?
