I'm 3 1/2 years out and have had sciatica and then stenosis 5 weeks and 8 months post-op, respectively, but not specifically "pins and needles". The simplest way to find out if your symptom is caused by a pinched nerve is to visit a chiropractor to see if your hips or spine are out of alignment. That's what cures my sciatica...always. The stenosis needed a fusion as my vertebrae at L2/L3 were very narrow, pinching the nerve roots. At two years, it's very doubtful that this has anything to do with the TKR.
