Sciatic pain usually radiates from the hip/groin/buttocks down the thigh and sometimes to the calf and ankle.  We can each experience it differently; not all the pain points need to be present.  Here are my "encounters"...

Anything out of alignment in your lower back or hips or locked (like SI joints) can pinch the sciatic nerve and cause pain.  In other cases (like my #4), the point of origin can be spinal.  I always recommend a non-invasive, non-RX approach at first.  Anti-inflammatories for a week plus some topical Voltaren Gel (RX in the US) or OTC AsperCream with 4% Licocaine can help.  I always see my chiropractor to check my alignment.

If it's that simple, it's fixed pretty fast.  A good chiro will tell you to see an orthopedist or neurosurgeon if they feel that your situation requires the next level of care.  Start with the above and see how you are in a week. Consider a chiropractor for an alignment evaluation.

Thankyou I will monitor the situation and carry on with the pain relief 👌🏼
