So, i was in a wreck that gave mw chronic, daily intense pain in head. MRI of brain and cervical spine show muscle spasm. i am wondering, does anyone think this could be spine related and possible neuropathic pain from it that gives me a feeling of pressure, fog and a numbness inside my head? anyone with spine issues have this

Hi, Kristin, I think its possible. Youbdidnt mention a nerve conduction test that does and will indicate nerve issues from wreck. I encourage you to ask your dr to order one for you. Also consider side effects from medications which you can google on the internet. I am so sorry you are dealing with this, my best wishes are with you.

What did your doctor conclude from your MRI results? Did your doctor not suggest what this muscle spasm could be related to? Go back to to your doctor and ask for clarification on what this muscle spasm could indicate. Your doctor will be able to tell you whether it is spine related or neuropathic pain.
