    Hi welcome to the forum

First off I find it strange that you have been suffering from these symptoms for a while and your first port of call is an Internet forum, is their a reason why you haven't seen your GP to be checked first.

I would suggest you ring and get an appointment this way you can be examined and your mind put at ease as it will probably turn out to be something like the way your using your computer or your posture but you want know till you have an examination, please let me know how you get on

reason why i havent went to a doctor is because i was already at dr 10 days ago just for a blood test/check up and everything was fine. i was thinking of going to an ER but wanted to see/know if anyone would know whats going on before i do

I would say that just because you have had tests 10 days ago and all was OK then it shouldn't be a reason not to get checked for new symptoms especially ones you are worried about

I feel like you must know that chest pains with shortness of breath are symptoms for heart issues, lung issues, some serious stuff. So is numbness in the left arm. You need to go to the Dr.... Simple as that. You need deeper testing.
