Numbness in my heel post ORIF surgery, is this normal?

I had surgery on Aug. 17 for my trimalleolar fracture and was prescribed Percocets. There was little to no numbness for a few days following the surgery but now, about a week after, I've been feeling tingling in my heel. It is not painful or anything, I'm just worried I messed up my ankle again or something... I still am able to move my toes and I have checked the circulation in my toes by pinching them and they go from white to red. I just want to know if this tingling sensation is normal or if I have to go check with the doctor.

Thanks in advanced!

    Call the doctor.

I am married to a doctor, and patients call him 24/7

One week post op through indefinitely until it stops, tingling, numb, all diff spots, tinges of pain, all kinds of weird feelings, very normal. I'm 20 weeks post op, numb in areas, doc says all normal. You are very early on. Great luck with recovery.
