Numbness in penis, fingers, toes

Hi,

First of all, not sure if "numbness" is the most precise term to describe my condition. The feeling in my penis is different than the one in my fingers and toes and does not trigger identically.

The feeling in my penis started more than 2 years ago. It only appears when I'm lying down. At first it was quite seldom, then it disappeared, and then recently it appeared again and very frequently, sometimes 3 times per night, ultimately depriving me of sleep. The feeling is like if something was "stuck" inside my penis. It feels "global", not like a shard inside my urethra, more like the whole width of my penis, in the upper part (below the tip). Sometimes I feel like I want to chop it off. It is not painful, but brings great, great discomfort. I usually masturbate to try and make the feeling go away. Sometimes I just get up and walk a bit and clear my mind. It works too. I can still feel things, I don't have tingling or heat or anything. I have a slight decrease of libido but I can still experience pleasure without difficulty. This feeling in my penis I also (but very rarely!) experience it when I'm working on something and can't find the solution right away and I begin to stress.

The feeling in my fingers and toes started only a couple months ago. At first it was only when I was lying down and it was also in the inner side of my knees, but now it is 24/7 (ish) and only fingers/toes. It feels more like numbness than it does for the penis. But I'm not sure it is 100% precisely numbness. Quite close anyway. It feels like I no longer have strength (but I do) or something. I have no tingling, no lack of sensitivity, no lack of strength. Just this everlasting feeling that my fingers and toes are numb. Stretching my fingers, using a strength grip to exercise them... Nothing seems to ease the feeling.

I already saw my doctor once. He gave me some medicine to take for a week, but it unfortunately had zero effect. I don't recall the names but I had one anti-inflammatory med.

I am vegan (ish) and did not properly take my supplements (but I have been doing it properly now, for a few days). I did a B12 blood test a couple of days ago and I was at 160 (values ranging between 100 and 600).

I am overweight (100kg for 180cm) but last time I checked (like a year ago) my blood test was fine.

I had a scan of my spine, and the found out a few things: slight (!!) scoliosis, smaller than usual spinal canal diameter (sorry for the non medical terms, I don't have the scan results here), and slight wear and tear in L4-L5 IIRC.

Right now I am supplementing myself properly in B12, I aim to lose some weight... But what else can/should I do? Does anyone think of something? Should I take some supplements to alleviate the numbness? Or maybe apply warm pads? Or something?

Thank you kindly in advance, I know this isn't pain and I shouldn't be complaining because there is so much worse... But it still is of great discomfort and it is 24/7...

Have a very nice day!

Best,
