    Hi ging ging

Do you experience tingling with the numbness in your legs?.....numbness and tingling in legs may be caused by a neuroligical condition in spinal nerves or degeneratiom of the discs in lower spine also by B12 deficiency...may i ask how old you are?....because both these conditions are usually found in older people..whereby older people can't absorb B12 due to declining intrinsic factor in the stomach...also degenerative discs in the lower back are usually found in older people due to wear and tear...

Could be nerve related. I had numbness in my legs years before I found out I had spinal stenosis.

Check it out with your doctor, physiotherapy might help.

Also best check for peace of mind if you are prone to depression.
