Numbness right ball/pulling

Hi. Had a sudden numbness where I couldn't feel my right ball. Still got some pain which pulls up into my right lower belly side. Visited the urologist. He researched via ultra sonic if I had anything inside my ball or a hernia but everything seemed normal. When I breath and stretch my belly there is a slight pull to it.

It also feels sort of "clogged"? As in sometimes it feels like a vessel opens and blood flows again.
