Nurse thinks I have herpes im so scared

The nurse said there is a 89 percent I have herpes I have never had any stds in my life I have 3 children I’m absolutely petrified I find out Monday I will have my son with me in the pram he’s 9 months I will break down I have read you can’t ever have a normal sex life and you can pass it on to others I’m in so much pain and emotionally I break down crying I feel like I’m getting punished even though I was careful has anyone had positive stories ??? Is it possible to have normal sex life ? Can you take anything to stop giving it to your partner ???
