Is there anywhere online, I can get a diet and nutrtion plan for myself.

    Watch the excellent bbc programme (now on iplayer, 3 episodes) 'What's the right diet for you', not just for those who want to lose weight but also a good scientifically researched guide to healthy eating for different types of eaters. Highly recommended.
