OBSESSIVE THOUGHTS/ANTICIPATORY ANXIETY KEEPING YOU UP?

For like the last two to three years I've been dealing with the same demons every day. I have obsessive thoughts on the same subject and no matter what I do I can't seem to shake them. Anywhere I look, they're there but when I lay down to go to sleep, that's where the real party starts. My insomnia started around October. I remember laying in bed one day after a pretty bad day (mentally) and simply couldn't fall asleep. Around 4 a.m. is when I would say this disorder started. I laid there thinking to myself "Ok don't think about it, don't think about it, don't think about it..." and boom first it was this horrible cold sweat and then this zap like feeling that literally made me sit up. I had never experienced sleeping issues like this and well honestly, they never went away. I have good nights MOST night. Last night wasn't one of them. Has anyone faced obsessive thoughts that have tormented them and/or felt completely, utterly, hopeless and if so how did you overcome them and the anxiety that comes with them ?

I researched the drug and it looks to have more positive than negative reviews so this is definitely an option. I'm trying to meet people who have the same issue as I do before I jump into pills however. Appreciate it man, take care.

Yeah so I've heard but believe me when I tell you those sleeping pills don't seem like such a bad idea when you're half way into a day on roughly 2 and a half hours. I've managed without them until now but like I said sometimes I wonder if it's worth it

Sequel works better than you guys think and after your episode is done with you , you can taper off the drugsĀ
