Occasional falling before and after stenosis

I am 79 years old next month. I have had spinal problems since I was 47. I have had a total of 5 operations on my back.
1988:L4 rupture
1998: C5, T1 rupture. Plate with 6 screws inserted joining C5 to T1. Left hand paralyzed and have had chronic pain in left hand ever since.
2008: Lumber stenosis. L3/4/5
2016:Cervical stenosis C1/2/3/4
2019: Thoraric stenosis T10/11/12
Before the 2019 surgery, I was occasionally falling. Then went to where I could not walk.
HOWEVER, even after the July 2019 surgery, I have continued to fall about once a month. Knees buckle and I fall, often falling on my left shoulder and hitting my head on something hard, like the concrete garage floor. I can be walking, or just standing in front of a cupboard, or stepping over something. Just comes out of the blue.
I have had nerve conduction tests in 2020 which were inconclusive. My knees were physically examined and found fine. So was a subsequent full length MRI. My GP is useless. Suggested I call the surgeon who did the 2019 surgery. I have twice. No answer, just all the guff about the impact of covid9, and shortage of stuff etc. I'm fed up, surely something can be done ?
I think it's a spinal cord problem. I have read here about electrical stimulation. Would that help?
I walk with my 4 wheel walker about 2km per day. I am exercising on a pedal machine once a week. I've gone back to wearing my hard hat. I'm an active person, no TV watching for me, I want to live a life, but it's getting more and more difficult. I'm a determined person.
Any suggestions as to what I could do would be appreciated. Unfortunately, I live in Canada, where the Health System is public. I would gladly pay to get some advice, to move forwards.
Thank you.
Malcolm
