occurs at same time of day?

Anyone ever hear of an arrhythmia of any kind, that occurs by the clock, at the same time of day?
I've been doing much better on arrhythmias for the last few months, but for the last few days I've had some symptoms starting around 3:30 and extending to near midnight. Then clear again. I was going to attribute it to what I had for lunch the first two days (I have had food-linked arrhythmias before!) but I had something almost totally different today, and bang, again.
Thanks.

Well certainly on the vagal nerve, but I find breakfast OK and dinner OK, and have not had this time of day issue before. Let's see how it goes today after lunch! Thanks.

>Do you tend to sit down around that time?
Not especially. Of course I sat for lunch, but was driving around between stores, and it was definitely worse when walking, not sitting.
Some today but not quite as bad. My usual (tiny) dose of beta blocker that I sometimes take has not entirely blocked it, but I suppose could be helping.
Strange. The details of my symptoms just seem to change over the months and years, and so far the doctors just shrug, and I guess so far they're right because I'm still here.

It occurs to be, belatedly, that I did do something unusual for me, just before this started - I had half a cup of cold-brew coffee!
Of course caffeine, ... though I always drink a fair amount of tea. And I had marked "cold brew" as safe, I'd had it a number of times before and never noticed any problem from it. And now, three or four days of this oddball time-of-day stuff, from just that much? But, maybe.
(I never drink regular coffee because I get some kind of reaction headache the next day, and cold brew seems to avoid this)
Felt great this morning, did a couple of longish walks, no problems, but here in the afternoon yes it's happening again, though perhaps not quite as bad, perhaps it's tailing off. Of course I'd love a cure, but short of that I'd love a sharp diagnosis, and even that seems out of reach. So it goes.
