I am not a doctor but it seems to me that your increased dose was too soon from 100mg to 150 (and before that from 50mg).

I think ink you should consult your doctor or get a second opinion. Dosage increases and vice versa are usually a lot slower than this.

Take care and let me know how you get on. X

Hello Dioni, I'm so sorry to hear you crashed this is more than likely the Sertraline trying to even itself out, from experience my doctor done the same, the high amount all depends on what your going through and what your doctor will think works best for you, please do not under any circumstances just stop your medication any SSRI has the most horrible withdrawals, please work alongside your doctor if you feel you cannot tolerate the side effects, these do subside but initially they do become worse before it gets better. Hugs xx

So confused can't think straight. How long is this going to take? What if it doesn't work?

Dioni, hang in there! I'm having a rough time also. Keep practicing on just noticing the unwanted thought that comes in, and visualize it leaving... when it comes, let it go. Just notice, and let it be.

I know how that feels, just hang in there. You are very well functioning because you know when to ask for help. You are doing the right thing for yourself. It will all be okay, don't forget that. Everything will be okay.
