OCD, anxiety attacks, and depression, been on lexapro for 6 months

Hi, Im new to the forum. Ive been on lexapro for about 6 months now and it has helped alot initially, i also take klonopin when i feel more stressed. but lately ive been more depressed, had a panic attack this morning, and have been experiencing worse ocd. I also have been forgetting things. Is this normal, has this happened to anyone else?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, feeling really down right now. worried i might have other problems, besides GAD and depression.

Was on lexapro but it didn't help me. I now take xanax. It seems anxiety jus has its period when it jus attacks without warning. Im on the edge now fr last Monday n it seems not to be Waring off. I jus try to calm myself although its hard at times. Easy to say than do. Check with ur gp n go get some CBT. Mine will start Wednesday. All the best. Hope we get well soon i know how u feel.

CBT does help but its up to us to think positive. I believe there is a speciality into doing it so maybe a regular therapy does not offer it. Its jus up to us to keep positive n knock anxiety out. I'm praying for everyone with this disorder cause its jus bad
