OCD Anxiety or What? help

I ate cold ice cream and cold ice water in front of AC 10 days ago then after 30 minutes it has started fever and cold later i went to doctor he gave me antibiotics my fever is gone but little bit cough. the question is when i look into my belly that i m getting breath or not i started deep breathing yawning and it feels like i am having no oxygen or i m feeling breathless. i went to doctor he tested my oxygen level which was normal he checked my BP it was also normal he said i am worried only.

so how to get rid of this feeling whenever i think about my breathing i feel like i am not getting enough breath but in sleep i feel nothing even i sleep for 8 hours, it is happening with me since 5 days.

    you are overthinking this. Breathing is a natural and automatic body function that you don’t have to worry about. anxiety can make you feel like that.

    You can find some great breathing meditations on YouTube that will relax you while you breathe. Your breathing will be natural. you don’t have to try and control your breathing.everything‘s going to be OK.
