Ocd bathroom

I have this ocd where am obsessived going to the bathroom for number 2  can anyone help me with this please thx 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 barak/bless

    Have you sought medical attention for this previously?

    Hi shamir, can you elaborate on obsessive? Are you scared to go or do you panic go before heading out somewhere? Something like that...

    Is it fear that you may be caught short and make a mess of yourself ?

    Do you actually get the urge to go > or do you need to go and the visit is productive. How many times of day ?

    Am afeared if having cut in anus again cause when I wipe when had it I had huge pain and if don’t go to bathroom feel full based on ocd ,  am all so afeared of getting  constipation

      There are various scripts you can get from the GP if you are frightened you have a cut or something similar.

      Talk to your GP He will help. If you are constipated there are also various medications that can loosen and soften the stool.

      Make an appointment with your GP and explain your concerns

    I have this problem aswell, i find that good old baby wipes are far kinder than loo roll, along with a diet that will help elliminate episodes of constipation
